Once you create an account, you will need to verify your email through the link sent when you created the account, then wait to be approved by the administration team to access and modify your profile. This process could take a few days. 

We recommend updating your profile, preferences and photos at that time. 

We strive to maintain a 1:1 ratio of active users male:female to prevent overloading or not having a reasonable chance to match users. 

Silver memberships if available indicate we have no wait list at this time to maintain the desired ratio.

Gold memberships are the solution to not being placed on the waitlist where you are paying for yourself and to sponsor another member to maintain a 1:1 ratio.  For every gold membership, Non-members will be selected at random who have created an account will be offered a promotion to the Silver level on a promotional offer.

Validated and approved members will have access to a list of upcoming events for which registration is open to the public (non-paid) accounts - Only paid accounts approved, validated and completed background checks will have access to search, browse and connect/message with other members.

Legacy membership will be granted to members who have met their match using Heart of Gold, they will be granted lifetime membership at no cost and moved into a couples portfolio and given access to write a testimonial which can be featured on the website, and will be eligible and welcome to come to future events and encouraged to bring single friends.
